The Final Cut: February / March 2008

Photo of the Day, February 15, 2011. Photo taken in the Spring of 2008. In honor of all the recent drama, Kali. From Wikipedia: Kali is considered the goddess of time and change. Although sometimes presented as dark and violent, her earliest incarnation as a figure of annihilation still has some influence. Various Shakta Hindu cosmologies, as well as Shakta Tantric beliefs, worship her as the ultimate reality or Brahman. She is also revered as Bhavatarini (literally "redeemer of the universe").

Another bookkeeping post.  The winter of 2008 was a very busy time in my life, but not one for a lot of personal pictures.  At work, I was taking pictures all day long, but I wasn’t getting out and about much and I had very little free time between work, school, and family.  No data loss here, just not taking any pictures during my free time that season.

So this is actually the only personal picture I have from this time.  I consider it more of a graphic than a photograph, but under all the stylized editing, it is a photo.

Later, I may find some shots from work that I can use, but most of them contain proprietary information so I cannot post them.
